Ii cannot seem to find a place to correct an error in the regiatration

I need to change ONE question and the only options I have are create a new one or finish one started...Is there a way to change an answer after submitted?

Unfortunately I had submitted the form (guess I forgot to mention that..sorry) and was trying to get back into the form to correct.

 

According to your link (TY) I will need to call the school today and see what they can do.
