I got an ERROR saying student cannot be authenticated..

I have been trying to register my high school son since yesterday but each time I got an ERROR saying student cannot be authenticated.. He will be 10th grade at the same high school in a couple of weeks so he's not a new student. What happens now?

It took me almost three days to finally register the other two.

I am having the same issue for all 3 of my kids, 8th, 3rd & 1st, all different schools, Strayer, Pfaff and Neidig

It is frustration more so because no one is helping, we are getting a run around.
