I can’t summit my form

I am registering my daughter for kindergarten, I had finished the information but the submit is grey, the form isn’t required or invalid highlight reminder. What is problems?

Hello @anny , thank you for participating in PowerSchool Community!

It sounds like there may be a required field on your form that has not yet been completed, or information that has been entered in an invalid format. I would suggest reviewing your form to make sure that all required fields have been completed, as this should allow you to submit your form.

Please let me know if you have any further questions!

I can't get the new student form to highlight the submit button on the final section Review and Submit.  I have checked all fields in all sections many times for several hours at this point.  I keep seeing some suggestion in these forums about a Priorities list for contacts, but I see nothing in any of the sections or menus about

priorities.  The Review and Submit page does *not* highlight any entry as being incorrect except for the

sentence at the top of the form that says 'Review your form below, click on each field marked "Required" or "Invalid Format", and complete or correct your information.'  I wish I could find some red highlighted "Required" or "Invalid Format" tag next to something that is incorrect, but alas the well is empty.  Anyone ?  Anyone ? Bueller ?  Anyone ?

Hello @nullmodel, I recommend ensuring all fields and checkboxes are completed before submitting the registration form.  Fields that are commonly overlooked on the registration form are adding a phone number and the phone number type such as home, work, cell, as well as the checkbox under the parent contact in which the student resides. I also recommend reviewing the setup of priority for contacts listed within the registration form.
