I forgot to add my son has an autoimmune disease Psorasis on the registration.

Once a form has been submitted to the school, you will not be able to modify the form.

If you need to update any information, please contact the school or district to request the information modified.

For security reasons, only the school or district can change your student’s data once it has been submitted.
