First Day Forms - Can’t Submit

Every time I enter the Snapcode my kids school gave me it asks me to verify their birthday and then it takes me to a screen where it says it has submitted their 2018-2019 first day forms.  Which of course is last years forms.  Obviously that’s not what I’m trying to do.  So I go back to the beginning and I hit 2019-2020 first day forms, put the snapcode in, verify the birthday, and again it resubmits my 2018-2019 first day forms.  I never get to fill anything out or do anything.  I do not know what to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Thank you

We have not seen reports of the previous school year first-day forms being submitted in the current school year.  I recommend reaching out to the school to confirm the 2019-2020 school year first-day forms have been released for access.
