You need to contact your school and/or school district directly.
I called Ross Elementary and they told me I have to go thru Power School! This is truly starting to upset me as a parent.
Hello @Amyblackwell30 , thank you for participating in PowerSchool Community!
I completely understand your frustration as a parent. Just to clarify, the Access ID and password that you will need to add your student is distributed by your school district. I would suggest contacting your school district to request the access ID and password for your specific student, as this should allow you to add them.
Please let me know if you have any further questions!
Thank u for your response. I just spoke with Ross Elementary and they told me you guys have to contact them about me trying to get my daughters into. I tried emailing them what they told me which was PSquestion@NHSD.net and a mailer demon got sent back to me. I need to get her teacher and her on power school so we are ready for next Tuesday.
Thank you for your response!
I apologize the school has sent you to PowerSchool to request your access ID and password to access your account to view your student's 2019-2020 school year information. PowerSchool does not house account credentials for users. The school creates access IDs and password for parents and should be able to provide your credentials. I recommend reaching out to the district office to request assistance accessing your account to view your student's information.
