Hello PowerSchool Families,
We are aware of an issue involving payment collection in PowerSchool Enrollment when using Internet Explorer. When on the Payment page of a form and you select a payment method, a spinning wheel is displayed and doesn’t resolve, preventing payment data entry and form submission.
If you encounter this issue, we ask that you switch browsers as this issue occurs only when using Internet Explorer. We recommend using another internet browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Once opened, you can continue to submit your form using the same URL.
