Date of birth formats wrong

I’m trying to submit, I went over the registration form it want let me submit cause the date of birth formats wrong.

I am having the same issue. DOB is formatted wrong and it will not let me submit or change the DOB.  Please help!

Can you confirm all fields and checkboxes are completed in the Registration form when attempting to submit the registration form?  Are you receiving an error message on a particular page?

I am also having this issue.I am tried summit a lot of times but they said the date of birth is wrong so it is on hold

Hi @S518493,

 

Thank you for reaching out for assistance through the Community!  If the enrollment forms are on hold, I recommend contacting the school to verify the date of birth and release the hold.  If the date of birth is incorrect, a staff member at the school should be able to correct it.  If you have any other questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help!

I ended up contacting their support and my issue was on contact page the priorities # where duplicated. Parents are listed as 1 and 2 by default so I had to update my other three contacts to 3,4 and 5. I hope this helps someone.

Every Time I try to register  said the date of birth is wrong so it is on hold what up with this?

I'm having the same problem. Program simply tells me that birth date is not accepted. Does Metro have the wrong birth date? Hard to tell because no one is answering the phone. Frustrating.

If you are receiving an error message that your child's birthdate not correct, I recommend reaching out to the school to confirm the school has the correct birthday within the school's student information system.  If the birthday is incorrect, the school should be able to change your child's birthday.
