Cant update 2nd and 3rd child

I cant update my 2nd and 3rd child's enrollment information. It says "Form Linked to other account" but I only have 1 account and it worked with my first child but not my other 2.

If you are using Unified Classroom, have the parent sign in, then select Quick Links, choose Main Portal page.

You will be re-routed to the Grades and Attendance screen of PowerSchool, the students should have tabs in the left hand corner if they are linked to your account.  Select the next student, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select returning registration.  This will take you to the InfoSnap page to enter the student dob for the student you selected.  Repeat as necessary for any additional students
