I was able to acess my oldest daughter with an id and password but can not find password information for my younger daughter who was enrolled at Central last year.
My older daughter is registered but do I need to start a new registration form for my other daughter?

It sounds like you have not yet received an Access ID and password for your second student. This information is distributed by your school district to add that student to your Parent Portal account. I would suggest contacting your school district directly to receive that information.
