Cannot change content

My step daughter is listed as my daughters Mother.  I cannot remove it.  I also need to change her fathers address and it doesn't alow me to edit.

If you are unable to change information on a form, this indicates that the field has been set to Read-Only and was pre-populated from your school district's database. I would suggest contacting your school district directly to correct this information, which should allow you to submit your form.

I have a problem in the defaul student information page for my son. By some reason school indicated my name as my son's middle name that I can't revoke from the application form. Could you please help me with that issue so I will complete the application update?

Thank you for posting in the Community!  You would contact the school or district administration office so your student's middle name can be corrected. If you have any other questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help!
