Can't login to HAC to register my student for 1st grade.

Every time i try to register and login into HAC it says to "Your attempt to log in was unsuccessful.

• ***NOTE: HAC passwords are case sensitive. For example, if your password is Pa$$word123, you must enter the password in the exact case in which it is stored. Please contact your child's campus if you need assistance."       

 Even when I attempt to go to forget my password and put in my email it gives me the same note and I am unable to recieve a way to reset and get in to register. is there anyway to just reset everything to get my kid signed up for 1st grade?
