Currently when I try to log into Power School, I get an error that says ‘Power School is having trouble signing you on with single sign on’. I have worked with my son’s school to no avail. Prior to getting this error I would get into the account but my son’s information was no longer associated (I would see that there was no class information available) and then at times I would see an Apache error). I used to be able to get in - can anyone help me with this??

An apache error usually appears if the school district would have closed the registration form for public access. The school's IT department should be able to help you with this.
