Can't Submit Form

I too am experiencing the same issues as others.  I have manually entered the information, checked the email address and check boxes.  I have gone in and out of the application about 10 times.

Any assistance would be welcome.

I'm in the same boat too!  I've gone over the forms over and over and can't see anything I left out or need to correct.  IDK what to do.

I am having the same issues.  There are no "red flags" in any of the fields and it will not allow me to submit my child's back to school packet.  Please help!!!

I was using Chrome to complete the form.  When I logged in using Internet Explorer it let me submit the form.

A common issue that prevents our users from submitting their forms is the Priority page. Each contact on this page must have a unique priority number. If the parents were set to "1" and "2", for example, the emergency contacts would need to be "3", "4", and so on, so that no number is repeated on that page. Once you have set a unique priority for each contact, you should be able to submit your form.

Where exactly are you supposed to list number "3", "4" and so on. There is nowhere to do that!!!!!!

A common issue that may be preventing you from submitting your form is the "Blackboard Connect" section on the Contacts page. Each of the phone numbers entered in this section must be a unique number. Please ensure that no phone number is entered twice in that section, and you should be able to submit your form.

Hello, I tried everything but it wont allow me to submit. I reviewed it, and even followed what you had indicated about the priority number 1,2 and so on. The submit button just wont light up. Please help!!!

A commonly overlooked field is the question "Is this number unlisted?" on the Student page. You will need to either check "Yes" or "No" for this box before you are able to submit your form.

I would also suggest reviewing your Emergency Contacts page to ensure that all phone numbers have been entered in a valid format, making sure not to enter any extra spaces in the field. If you do not have a secondary phone number for a contact, simply leave that field blank.

Same here and i have 2 to register, what i did notice is the "Birthday" format thats already enterd seems to be in the wrong format exmp   8/8/1981   instead of   08/08/1981, so basically the "0" from the single digit month/day and we cant "correct" that ....anyone else thinks could be the issue ?

A common issue that may be preventing you from submitting your forms is the format of the phone numbers entered on the form. You must enter only numbers, including the area code, and no special characters or spaces in this field. (XXXXXXXXXX) Once you have entered only the numbers for each phone number, you should be able to successfully submit your form.

Having same problem, can't submit. Wants me to do 3 phone numbers for each emergency contact when all I have are cell phones for my retired husband and I.

I now put in an old home phone number which will just be dead if someone calls just to try to get past the problem. But still won't let me submit even though no more red required fields. Very frustrating. Went over it again and again and again.

A commonly overlooked field is the "Technology Acceptable Use Agreement" on the Forms and Agreements page. You will need select "Yes" or "No" in that field before you are able to submit your form. Once you have done so, you should be able to submit your form successfully.

This field is a required field, which once completed may require more fields to be filled out. Once you've completed this field, you should be able to successfully submit your form.

Nope.  Not the case!  I even started over again and deleted that registration form.  I meticulously went through the form, making sure I checked everything and filled everything out.  I'm still getting the same error.

If this field is not appearing on your form, this may indicate that there is an error on the form which is preventing you from viewing that field. I would suggest contacting your school district directly to report this issue, so that they can perform needed maintenance on the form.
