Can not submit

Can not submit

I have completed all the fields and have gone through this multiple times and it still will not allow me to submit returning child registration. Please advise?

I am on the same boat, there is nothing wrong or missing yet I cant submit.

If you're still experiencing difficulties submitting your child's registration form, would you please provide details of any error messages you are receiving?  Are you receiving an error message on a particular page of the form?

I recommend ensuring all required fields and checkboxes are complete in the registration form before submitting.  A common reason users are unable to submit a registration form is the order of priority set for contacts listed within the registration form.  This article should walk through the process of setting contact priorities.  I also recommend reviewing the commonly asked questions guide for PowerSchool Enrollment for other common troubleshooting steps.

Same here. Tried saving and logging out/logging in. Scrutinized every field. Nothing works. Submission page says I have not completed all required fields or have improper formats, but that is not accurate. Really frustrated here...

Thank you for reaching out for assistance through the Community!  I recommend checking parent number 2 to ensure all fields are completed.  It appears there is a required field that is incomplete.  If you continue to experience issues, please let me know.

I am sorry I have gone through this and have asked others to review and we can not find the error. I really need to get this submitted. This is very frustrating

No worries!  It appears the email addresses you entered do not match.  I recommend checking all of the email addresses to ensure they are in the correct format and match if the form asks you to confirm them.  I hope this helps!

Is there a trick to getting this form to submit? I have reviewed this multiple times to make sure all info is correct and i still can not submit. I am at a loss

Just spent an hour trying to get the form to submit.  Been over all the sections multiple times.

Checked all email addresses and phone numbers.  Final review page does *not* highlight the

submit button

There is nothing on the Review and Submit page that indicates anything is wrong.

The submit button is not active.

Hi, I have gone over this form with a fine tooth comb, and even asked our school to review and they arent sure why I can not submit. I am at a loss. At this point i wold rather fill out the paper version

A commonly overlooked issue that may be preventing you from submitting your form is the Other Parent/Guardian section of the form. Frequently, this section can be triggered by your answers to previous questions on that page, making several fields in that section required. I would suggest reviewing that page to make sure that all information is correct; if you are still unable to submit the form, I would suggest contacting your school district offices for specific directions on how to complete the form successfully.

I don't know if this really was the problem, but what solved my submit issue was to go back to the 'Emergency Contacts' section and enter: 1. mother, 2. father, 3. third contact

 

Before I had three 'other' contacts listed and no mention of parents.

 

Plus, I don't know if that entry triggered something else, but then new questions appeared

in the 'Student Residency Questionnaire/Affidavit' section about who the student lived

with and how long we have had residence in Santa Cruz.  Maybe this was something that

was fixed from yesterday, I don't know.
