Blanket Consent field not saving

My school has a Yes/No radio button giving blanket consent to walk the class off of school grounds. When I check Yes, the answer is not being saved and I get a validation error on the review page saying the field is required. When I go back to the page, the radio button is unchecked. If I check "No" the answer is being saved, but that is not the answer I wish to give.

Please help....

It sounds like you may be experiencing a caching issue with the site and your web browser. I would suggest clearing your browsing history, cache, and cookies, or switching to a different web browser, as this may allow your form answers to save.

It may also be that there are other fields preventing you from submitting your form as well. For example, you cannot enter duplicate phone numbers for contacts, so I would suggest reviewing the form to ensure that you have no duplicate phone numbers entered.
