Users need to attach documents to forms as required by the school district, but do not always have an existing digital copy of the document or a scanner to convert the paper document directly.

Process
Use your phone or tablet to convert a document:
- Apple Devices:
- Within the “Notes” App, use the camera icon to scan a document
- Use the camera to take a picture of the document
- Save the document to your files/camera roll
- Upload to form directly (if on mobile web) or
- Send to yourself via email to save/upload later
- Android Devices:
- Within Google Drive, use the “add document” feature and select “scan.”
- Use the camera to take a picture of the document
- Save the document to your files/camera roll
