I uploaded my children's information via Power Enrollment for Avon Grove Charter School. As of Friday I had received no schedules, no bussing etc. only to contact them today and be told that I didn't provide any of the documentation. When I go into my enrollment page, it says record is on hold. So I contacted the school and they told me we didn't receive your forms so you can be put on waiting list. I have one week until school starts!!!!!!
When I told them i utilized the Power Enrollment, they said give me the confirmation email you received or all the documents. Well, after a few months, I wiped out my scanned documents and no where in my email do I have any confirmation email from Power enrollment.
Can they not just go into the record, even if they have to contact you, to see that I uploaded everything? and if I missed something or missed a deadline, why would I not be notified that they just dropped my kids from enrollment.
