I love this and how teachers even respond back in a timely manor!
We have a parent that is not receiving the daily email communications with their child's grades. She stated she would get them last year and I tried trouble shooting with the notification toggle switch and cannot recreate what she is saying.
Are their different settings in an Android compared to an Apple?
Thank you,
If the parent changed their email address, you will need to update that in the admin side of PowerSchool.
Parent needs to log in (NOT the app) and click on the "Email Notifications" option, from there, they can see what their account email is, check the box for what information you want reported, then select the frequency or emails.
How do you enable notifications for attendance and grades for the app? Our parents see that the attendance and grade notifications have been disabled by the school. We would like for that to show up for them. Thanks.
Hello,
Schedule view is not working for our school. It's always shown 'no class this week'. We had bell set. Not sure where to set more. Please advise.
School Management-User Access-Parent and Student Access-CPP Page Settings
Make sure the current year schedule is enabled. Then go to School management-Scheduling-years and Terms. Click edit terms for the current year. if there is an asterisk next to any of the terms, click the term and then uncheck the option "suppress classes". That should updated everything within 24 hours with the app.
I have semester 2 in 'suppress classes'.
I will uncheck and see how it goes tomorrow.
thank you.
