When I try to sign in on the app I’m getting the error “Invalid Username or Password.” How can I resolve this?

I have a teacher that has done all of this. She can sign in any computer but not on the app. I have checked for capitalization and everything else but It simple will not work on the app. Any other ideas.
We just implemented "MyPowerHub" and I had the same issue myself and with parents getting the invalid username and password error. I found that instead of the District Code I could choose "Enter Server Address". I entered our districts URL for MyPowerHub and it took me to the newer version sign-in page and I was able to get in.
