To assist North Carolina customers through the implementation and management of PowerSchool, the Technical Solutions Group (TSG) is pleased to offer a wide range of technical service offerings that North Carolina districts can choose from before, during or after their implementation to help implement a self-hosted Non-Production PowerSchool Server.
Implementing a Non-Production PowerSchool Server provides districts with many key benefits including the following:
Experienced Pearson System Engineers are available to work onsite or remotely with the district technical resources to provide technical expertise relating to the deployment and configuration of various Pearson applications as well as the underlying infrastructure.
PowerSchool Technical Consultation services are available and provide an onsite TSG Systems Engineer to work with your district personnel to install and configure self-hosted Non-Production instances of PowerSchool.
Remote PowerSchool Installation services are available to provide remote installations of your self-hosted Non-Production instances of PowerSchool.
The Enterprise Management Service (EMS) is a complete comprehensive solution that manages and maintains your self-hosted Non-Production PowerSchool environment.
The Comprehensive Infrastructure Solution is a complete out of the box solution that contains a new Dell or HP PowerSchool Server shipped to your location already preconfigured with Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 x64 and the PowerSchool / Oracle application. Once the server arrives at your district a Pearson Systems Engineer will remotely assist you in getting your new server on the network and accessible to your staff.
