What is Customer Connect?
Customer Connect is PowerSchool’s self-service account portal designed to give eligible users, specifically Technical Contacts and Billing Contacts, quick access to key account information, support activity, and project updates. It’s part of our ongoing Customer Journey initiative to create a more connected and streamlined customer experience.

 

What You Can Do in Customer Connect
Depending on your role, Customer Connect offers the following:

 

  • For Technical Contacts:
    • Support: View Support IDs and PowerSchool contact details, see which products your organization is using along with related support case activity, and manage Technical Contacts for your organization.

    • Services: Track active and recently completed implementation and consulting projects, including deployment checklists, risks, and survey feedback.

    • Success: Access your Customer Success team's information.

 

  • For Billing Contacts:
    • Renewals: View active renewal quotes for your organization.
