A renewal quote is a binding agreement and should be signed by the designated Billing Contact or an authorized representative from your school or district. This may include:

 

  • The Principal
  • The Director of Technology
  • Another individual with appropriate signing authority

To confirm who is currently listed as the Billing Contact on your account, please reach out to your Renewals Manager (RM).

 

If you're unsure how to contact the PowerSchool Renewals team or your RM, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to PowerSchool Community
  2. Navigate to the Customer Connect tab
  3. Select Renewals
