How do we add additional licenses when renewing our contract?
To request additional licenses, your current renewal quote must first be signed and processed in the system. Once that step is complete, your Renewals Manager will issue a separate quote for the additional licenses. To contact your Renewals Manager or the PowerSchool Renewals Team, log into the PowerSchool Community, navigate to the Customer Connect tab, and select Renewals (accessible to Billing Contacts only).
Example:
If you currently have 331 licenses and wish to increase to 366, the system will generate a quote for the 35 additional licenses only after the original quote has been finalized.
To help expedite the process, please provide a screenshot of your current enrollment or license count when submitting your request.
