unable to access 11th grade marks

due to the requirement of neet application, it is necessary for me to get my 11th grade marks for each subject and overall percentage. i had already requested it with my class representing teacher and she suggested me to send the message requesting access as she does not have any access to get my marks.
I'm in 12th grade now, just finished my boards...how do i access those grades as the option to access the grade on dashboard has been removed for us
