trying to log in!

trying to log in!

I tried to log in; I get a message that says something like: my Id has been deleted due to inactivity, please register again.  So when I register again, It says that I already exist and I can't register!!   HELP!!!

For us to assist you further, would you please confirm which PowerSchool product are you referring to here? Also, please share a screenshot the error message you are receiving while trying to log in.
