I just received an email that was sent to my supervisor, I guess she needs to give permission for someone on your end to give me access to those resources (she got the email as well). Does she need to wait a certain amount of time or can she give confirmation by replying to the email we received?
The Designated Support Contacts at your school will have to grant permission for you to access Community resources. After granting permission, it can take up to 24 hours for you to access resources in the Community.
