student going from GPFLEX to GPHS

I've been trying to register my student for school next year, but everytime I click on the link it says the returning school is GPFlex, and I'm enable to change it. I have tried contacting numerous people from both schools by different means, but no one has gotten back to me. I did talk to the principal at GPFlex prior to register my student so he knew she wouldn't be returning, but he just keeps sending me the same link. I feel like my time has run out now since the summer started and I don't know what to do.
