schoology messages send without newline characters

schoology messages send without newline characters

Is this a known bug?  Composing a "new message" in schoology is normal; sends normal.  When viewed by recipient, all newline characters are ignored.  That is, all text is truncated in to a single paragraph.

 

Confirmed this in up-to-date safari and firefox browsers.

This is an ongoing issue and our product team is investigating this and working to resolve this. I recommend working with the Schoology support contacts in your school district who should be able to create a support case on your behalf with the Schoology team so that you'd able to receive continuous updates on this issue.
