Would you mind sharing the link in which you are trying to reset password or it would be great if you could share a screenshot the page in which you are trying to reset the password?
I am having the same issue. My school district sent the following link to use when doing a password reset: https://ps-bg.noacsc.org/public/
When I follow the instructions to reset the password I am unable to. I can, and did reset the password when logging in to check on my sons work. My daughter shows up, but the information has not been updated. It seems like these are two separate accounts that are not playing well with each other.

The link is for the school or district's PowerSchool SIS Parent Portal.
We recommend reaching out to the school or district to seek help with password reset and merging multiple accounts. Only the school or district has access to the Parent Portal. For security reasons, PowerSchool is unable to view your Parent Portal account settings.
I have clicked the forgot password link. I have no received the reset password link. I have checked my inbox and spam.
I am happy to assist, would you please confirm the PowerSchool product that you are using? The product name will be along the lines of PowerSchool Enrollment, PowerSchool SIS, PowerSchool Unified Classrooms, etc.
I recommend working with your school district administrators who should be able to review your email setup with you and can help you find the solution to this.

I am using PowerSchool primarily for my attendance daily. I can't log on and need to reset my password.

Since your Unified Classroom account is set up and managed at the district end, you would need to reach out to your district and they should be able to review the setup and assist you to reset the password.

Please let me know the name of the PowerSchool Product like PowerSchool Mobile or InfoSnap/Enrollment for which you are trying to reset your password.
