When we approve/reject the EMA forms, there is a "responder" column- however, it only shows who filled out the form. Is there a report we can run to see who (as far as staff) has approved or rejected the forms?
How do we get parents to get notification of the rejection? Currently, there is not box to check off for notifications on the parent portal.
Also, is there a way to run a report for EMAs by grade?
For the first part, yes, the Approval Audit report should show you who approved or rejected the forms. Navigate from Start > Form reports > Other reports.
For the second part, there's a parent notification option on every form found within the main form properties. However, even once it's enabled the parent still needs to select the option on their side that they would like to receive notifications for forms.
Currently, the Approval Audit report will pull all records and can only be filtered by the entry box at the top of the screen. If you like to have additional filter options like filtering by student selection or field value or grade, then I would recommend that you share this as an Enhancement Request on PowerSchool Ideas Portal so that the product team can take a look at it.
