efinance white screen display

users receiving white screen display when connecting to efinance.  Have tried different test and unable to resolve issue.  Person who manages efinance system has delete and re-added her database.  Any ideas?

We would need to take a closer look at the data, to prevent sharing of Personally Identifiable Information data in the Community, we recommend reaching out to your district's Technical Contact. 

 

The Technical Contact should be able to connect with the PowerSchool Support Team on your behalf and assist you further with the troubleshooting steps.
