eFinance dynamic workflow leave Task list page cannot display

Dynamic Leave workflow is setup and working for all users requesting leave and some Approvers (aka users defined in a ROLE to approve leave).   However some users defined as an approver in ROLES receive the following error when viewing TASK LIST within eFinancePlus 20.11 or EAC.  Without ability to view Task Lists, these users cannot approve leave for their assigned GROUPS.

 Page Cannot Display

User Login not found in employee record. Contact the Human Resources department.

I have verified each user has their Email Address and User Login uniquely populated on their Employee Information screen.   All users also have securities 332 and 5025.   

Any ideas on how to further troubleshoot?

The User Login populated in the eFinance Employee Screen must match the user ID to which the securities 332 and 5025 are applied.   My entries were unique, but did not match.
