I have some posted grades that have already been saved at the end of the term. A few grades need to be changed. Is there a way to reopen that semester??
If it is for a handful of students, Admin users can make the changes on the Historical Grades page. Admin users can also lock/unlock sections with the proper security roles.
Agreed with @JeffG9 -- I've typically just seen situations at middle/high schools of maybe a couple of grades that need an adjustment so our building secretaries will just go into the student page -> Historical Grades and adjust.
I've had some elementary teachers who made a mistake for their entire class, so I'll unlock their section and give them a couple of days to make corrections. They go back into PTP to the previous term, make their changes, then let me know so I can lock their term again.
How do you unlock the section for the teachers as an admin?

@Rayanowen @Sussyboi You can absolutely change grades after a Term has ended. If you are a teacher and your building uses the Lock Reporting Terms function, you will need to contact someone who works on the Admin side to unlock the section.
