every time i open a file i got this message

Would you please confirm the name of the product that you are seeing this error with and are you still seeing this issue? If yes, is this consistent across all browsers?

Please try clearing the cache and cookies and see if the issue persists.

I changed Chrome to Firefox and it worked 

So what's the wrong with Chrome ?

This could be a browser cache issue. Are you able to clear the cache and cookies for Chrome and check if you are still facing the same issue?
