Wrong password

I am a teacher. I made an account.  It was approved by my district to complete my Act 55 Clearance.  When I try to log in, it tells me that I have the wrong password. I am sure it is correct, but I have clicked on forgot password. It never sends me directions about what to do.

Would you please let us know the name of the product that you are referring to? Is it PowerSchool SIS?
