Why the "Teacher Attendance Submission Status" never update?

When I checked the submission status at the attendance page after I pressed the icon "i" just following "student counts", they are all in red. Definitely some of teachers have already submitted the attendance reports. Who can tell me how we can figure out the status if the teachers submitted the reports. Thanks.

For us to assist you further, would you please confirm if your teachers are using the Single Day Attendance or Multi-Day Attendance?
