Whiteboard

I previously had access to Whiteboard within the 22-23SY. Since our district rolled over all data to the 23-24SY, I am not able to access Whiteboard. I need access asap because I need to enter our master schedule immediately. Please advise. I have attached a screenshot that shows how far I get in the loggin in process. When I click "ok," nothing opens. The window just freezes until I close it.

Good Day! I'd be happy to take a closer into this for you. Are you still able to access the 22-23 school year? If so, one that might work is if you choose the 22-23 school year and then change the environment to the 23-24 school year. After that, you should be able to log out then run Whiteboard again and select 23-24 school year. Basically, 

1. Log into 22-23 school year in Whiteboard

2. Change the environment to 23-24 school year
