Can someone please help me learn how to access a seating chart that I created last semester. We just switched to semester 2 and I can no longer view the seating cahrt that I created in semester 1.
Thanks so much for your help!

Or... let me know if it is not possible. 🙂
I know I can go back and look at grades in PowerTeacher from a previous semester, but I spent time making a new seating chart on Sunday for my new classes and here we are in our new semester and they are gone. : /
Thanks again.
Hi @tschultz1,
To assist you further, would you please confirm if you are seeing the classes from last semester in Powerteacher Portal? If you have the portal set to the current semester, then you wouldn't be able to see this. If you have the portal set to see the whole year, then you should be able to access the seating chart you had created for the last semester.
Building off of this, is there a way to pre build my seating charts for next semester?
Hi @jdinkelmann,
When logging into PowerSchool, the current term at the top of the page is automatically selected based on the "Default Term Level" and "Default Term When Between School Years" settings at the current school. This article describes how to change the default term level and/or default term when between school years. If the default term is set to 'Quarter' currently, you would want to navigate as Start Page > School Setup > Miscellaneous - Default Term and set this to "Full Year" or "Semester". A teacher should be able to see next semester to set a seating chart now.
