Unable to access the new Language Code import file on Community

I'm trying to download the new Language Code import file on PowerSchool Community.  When I go to https://docs.powerschool.com/PSHSA/latest/release-notes/22-x/powerschool-sis-22-6-0-0 release notes page and click the Language Code Set Import File link (https://help.powerschool.com/t5/tkb/workflowpage/tkb-id/PowerSchool-SIS-Knowledge-Base/article-id/29...), I get the "Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource" message.  I am a technical contact, and should have access to it.
