Unable to Launch Chat Support


Unable to Launch Chat Support

Hello -


I'm the IT Coordinator for Explore Academy in Albuquerque, and have admin rights on our instance of PowerSchool. 


I'd like to get help with another problem, but when I click "Launch Chat Support" in PowerSchool Community, I'm getting the message "Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource".  Please advise.
