Unable to Access Support as a New Customer

We are unable to access chat support or enter a case through the help functions. We are new to power school.

Are you able to SSO into the Community from the product site? Please refer to this article: Getting-Started-with-Curriculum-amp-Instruction-Customers and let us know if you are able to access the case portal and submit a ticket.
