Unable to Access Documentation

I am trying to access some documentation for Special Programs and it is telling me that I do not have access. I am a PowerSchool Admin and one of the Technical Contacts for our district.

Nina, my issue has been resolved. The page I was trying to access is an added feature that our district does not have. Thank you!
