Trouble with user account on PowerSource - trying to set up a new technical contact

I have created an account for a new person on PowerSource, because I need to make them a technical contact. They responded to the Activation yesterday and can log in, but the PowerSource Account Management screen still shows them as not Activated, so I can't designate them yet as a Technical Contact. Please assist.
