Trouble with assessments

Help! This is happening to any teacher in my school who is trying to use the label an image and/or highlight hot spot feature in an assessment. Sometimes the images we are trying to upload work find (usually they are just screen shots) but most of the time it is telling us that the image is too big and can't be uploaded. There is no rhyme or reason to why this happens as some screen shots of larger size upload just fine. I need a quick fix as teachers are getting impatient with not being able to use it, when I'm encouraging them to do so. Thank you in advance!

If you are referring to uploading these screenshots in Schoology then I recommend making sure that the size and the format of the file fall within the permissible limits by Schoology. I recommend reviewing this article for more information.
