Translation

The templates for our Spanish and Portuguese Meeting Invitations is incomplete. How do I get

assistance on this.  They have worked previously this year.

We thank you for your patience while we were working with the Special Programs product team.

 

If the document templates were updated at any point during a state model release, it is possible that new fields were added or sections were changed.  You would need to update the translation for the document template.

why if my state has 16 languages available do I have to manually edit these. Why does PS not  use those forms to get it translated fully in advance of release?

Thank you for your response.  Currently, PowerSchool offerss Translations as a self-service feature. The platform offers a language translation tool (powered by Google Translate), which converts document templates and data entered into them. PowerSchool encourages to have all translation documents reviewed by a native-speake of the language(s) for final review.  

 

While a full service translation service is currently not provided by PowerSchool, we suggest working with the Keys to Ownership (KTO) team to explore your options on translating documents.  You can submit the request for Keys to Ownership here
