Hi there,

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask but I am trying to add my Learning Skills in Term 1 report for Elementary school. I'm part of the DPCDSB and our IT team has not rectified the problem. Hoping to get some help here as soon as possible. 

When I filter to get to R1 comments (Learning Skills) there is no RPT as the code. It still has PR in this area although it says R1.

Please help!

In order to protect your privacy and avoid sharing of any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) data in the Community, we recommend reaching you to reaching out to the Technical Support Contact of your district who should be able to connect with the PowerSchool Support Team on your behalf. The Support Team should be able to take a closer look at your report, gather more information regarding your issue,  and assist you further with the troubleshooting steps.
