TalentEd Perform Edits to Notes Do Not Save

In TalentEd Perform, on a walkthrough/observation form, I'm trying to edit the notes I've taken (in the notes section on the side) to append them into the boxes on the observation form.  None of my edits save!  Can someone help me fix this?

In order to protect your privacy and avoid sharing of any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) data in the Community, we recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contact of your district who should be able to connect with the PowerSchool Perform Support Team on your behalf. The Support Team would be able to take a closer look at the forms and help rectify the reason for this issue along with the further troubleshooting steps.
