Hello! The teachers in our school are evaluated by just one of the building admin but we want all admin to be able to access all staff evals. We uploaded multiple evaluators for each staff member but after assigning them a process noticed that the tasks in each teacher's folder have a mix of evaluators responsible for them. Ideas on how to fix this?

Hi! @philgeo222
Thank you for posting in the PowerSchool Community for assistance!
One can have multiple supervisors but only one assigned evaluator. There are two alternatives:
1) If you list two supervisors for the Direct Report under Configuration>Staff, both will show by default as responsible for the process.
2) You can keep the default supervisor listed as responsible for the process, but assign the tasks to a second evaluator instead.
If you are having a mix of evaluators responsible, then you should assign a primary evaluator using the "assign evaluator" option.

Hi. I have a question along these lines. I have an administrator who is a supervisor for 100+ people, but really should only be an evaluator for 1. Is there a way to do a bulk process and remove her from the others?
Hi @jkidd77
Yes, you can do this in bulk if you have sync 2.0. Otherwise, you will just need to go to configuration > staff > search for the supervisor > edit >direct reports tab and check the boxes beside all the tabs, then choose Delete Selected to remove them.
You can also assign the process to another evaluator.
