Talent ED file

My business plus does not receive the information from new hires to populate the Employee Master page. IT confirmed that Talent Ed creates a files twice a day but it is blank. Can I get some assistance with figuring out the issue. Thanks in advance

Good afternoon, I tried to resubmit the closed case but now it says I dont have access. Can you assist with this issue?

The issue hasnt resolved yet but the solution you provided was the only way to resolve my issue. Thanks so much and I will keep you updated when the issue has been resolved.

I am having the same issue and would like to work with someone to get this issue resolved. My case number was 06070810 but it was closed while I was on medical leave.

Thank you for reaching out in the PowerSchool Community!  Can you please send us a screenshot of the product area you are trying to access in the Community, when you try to submit a support case for BusinessPlus?

 

Or are you trying to select a different product? If so, can you please let us know. This way we can take a closer look into this issue.
